What this site is
PIS is a private intelligence service that publishes sourced, confidence-rated assessments derived entirely from open-source material. This site makes that published record — briefings, country profiles, corrections — available to read, free of charge.
What assessments are — and are not
Every assessment on this site is an analytic judgment expressed with a stated confidence, not a statement of fact and not a prediction. PIS can be wrong, and when a published assessment is wrong it is corrected openly (see Corrections), with the original left standing so the record is honest.
Nothing on this site constitutes professional, legal, financial, investment, or security advice. You are responsible for your own decisions. If a briefing matters to a decision you are making, verify it independently.
Use of the content
- You may read, share, and quote the briefings with attribution to PIS.
- You may not republish the archive in bulk or resell the content without prior agreement.
- You may not misrepresent PIS assessments as your own or as verified fact.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Collection can degrade, sources can fail, and analysis can be wrong; the site reports its own gaps rather than papering over them, but that is a discipline, not a guarantee. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PIS accepts no liability for loss arising from use of or reliance on this site or its content.
Donations
Contributions are voluntary gifts that fund collection and compute. They buy no product, create no account, and confer no entitlement — see Access and Transparency.
Governing law and disputes
This site is operated from within the European Union. Disputes are governed by the law of the operator's place of residence. If you believe something published here is wrong or unlawful, contact us first — correction is faster than litigation, and this service exists to get the record right.
